In Ethiopia, breast and cervical cancers account for nearly 75% of all female cancer cases—yet most women are diagnosed too late due to limited awareness and access. PinkRibbon International is partnering with national leaders and organizations like MWECS, YECA, and Hospice Ethiopia to expand screening, treatment, and compassionate care. With the number of breast cancer centers growing from 2 to 24, and a national plan in place, Ethiopia is moving forward. Together, we aim to break the silence, bring services closer to women, and ensure that no one faces cancer alone—regardless of where she lives.
